About Jim Pinckney | Monterey Photographer & Filmmaker

I grew up in Carmel Valley and Monterey. Early in my career I worked with well known advertising and fashion photographers in San Francisco and New York City. Later, I shot and edited commercials, films and television as a freelance cameraman and editor in Miami.

Back in Monterey since 2000, I am now working from my large, well equipped, downtown studio and on location everywhere. We produce a wide variety of visual content for digital platforms, print and television.

We serve both individuals and businesses throughout the Monterey Bay Area, Carmel, and Pebble Beach. We are perfectly positioned to fill all of your imaging needs, which today often include both high quality photography and cinematic video production for the same project.
